Dancing Jalapeno Mango Cheese Balls

A combination of cream cheese, curry, walnuts, fruit spread and coconut leaves a refreshing taste on your palette. A yummy combination.

	Ingredients
1 pound	cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
2 tbsp	sour cream
1/2 cup	currants
1/2 cup	walnuts (toasted and chopped)
1/2 cup	scallions (thinly sliced)
1/2 tsp	ground curry powder
1 tsp	salt
1 cup	sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 jar	Dancing Jalapeno Mango Fruit Spread (you can substitute apricot or pineapple)

	Method
-1-	In a large bowl, add and combine the cream cheese and sour cream
-2-	Add the currents, walnuts, scallions, curry powder and salt - stir to combine
-3-	Place the cheese mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
-4-	On a clean work surface, lay out a sheet of plastic wrap and transfer the cheese mixture onto the plastic wrap
-5-	Use the plastic wrap and form a ball with the cheese mixture
-6-	Transfer the cheese ball on to a serving platter
-7-	Pour Dancing Jalapeno Mango Fruit Spread over the cheese ball to cover
-8-	Sprinkle coconut flakes on the cheese ball
-9-	Serve with crackers
