Dancing Jalapeno Salad Dressing

Think ... a dipping sauce for pot stickers or a marinade on chicken, fish or pork. It makes an excellent glaze for ham.

	Ingredients
	olive oil
	balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp	Dancing Jalapeno Fruit Spread

	Method
-1-	Add Dancing Jalapeno Fruit Spread to olive oil
-2-	Add a bit of balsamic vinegar to taste
