Dancing Jalapeno  Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Wontons

An all-time favorite for those looking to jazz-up their wontons. Sure to please the entire family and all your friends.

	Ingredients
24	Wonton wrappers
4 - 6 tbls	Dancing Jalapeno Fruit Spread (apricot, mango, peach, marionberry or pineapple)
8 oz	Cream cheese softened
6 slices	Bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve 2 Tbsp)
1/2 cup	Shredded cheddar chese (reserve 2 Tbsp)

	Method
-1-	Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-2-	Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
-3-	Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup.
-4-	Bake wonton wrappers for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
-5-	Remove from oven and let cool lightly.
-6-	In a medium sized bowl, stir together cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese and Dancing Jalapeno Fruit Spread. Spoon filling into wonton cups, then sprinkle with reserved cheese.
-7-	Return to oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until wontons are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
-8-	Add reserved bacon when done.
