wheel of brie cheese

tablespoons of Dancing Jalapeno Fruit Spread
Method
-1-
Cut puff pastry into circles that will fit into a muffin pan. Make large enough to come up the sides with extra to form a kiss at the top.
-2-
Remove white wax from brie and cut brie into squares that will fit in the muffin pan.
-3-
In the muffin pan, add 1) a puffy pastry, 2) a tablespoon (???) of Dancing Jalapeno Fruit Spread and 3) a square of brie cheese.
-4-
Bring the sides of the puff pastry together at the top to form a kiss.

Bake per directions of the puff pastry.

Ingredients
    
Pumpkin Bars

eggs

cups sugar

cups vegetable oil

5 ounce can pumpkin

cup flour

teaspoon baking powder

teaspoons cinnamon

teaspoon salt

teaspoon baking soda
Icing
8
ounces cream cheese
2
cups powdered sugar
1
teaspoon vanilla

cups softened butter

tablespoons Dancing Jalapeno Fruit Spread
Method
    
Pumpkin Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Using an electric mixer at medium speed, combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy.

Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and mix at low speed until thoroughly combined and batter is smooth.

Spread the batter into a greased 13 x 10 baking pan

Bake 30 minutes. (Check to see that the bars are done)

Let cool completely and cut into bars.
    
Icing

Combine cream cheese and butter and mix with electric mixer until smooth.

Add sugar and mix on low until combined.

Stir in vanilla and mix again.

Take 4 tablespoons of pineapple, mango, peach or apricot Dancing Jalapeno Fruit Spread and gently swirl into the icing mixture using the end of a butter knife to drag the jelly through the icing.

Spread on pumpkin bars.

lemon

cloves garlic

salt to taste

 medium beets or carrots
Method

Boil beets until soft. Cool, peel and slice.

Add oil, juice of ½ lemon, garlic and salt to taste.

Microwave fruit spread to liquefy. Mix with beets

Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

Ingredients

cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

cup all-purpose flour

tablespoons chilled butter, chipped

cup apricot Dancing Jalapeno Fruit Spread (can use mango or pineapple)

Method

Blend Cheddar cheese, flour and butter in a food processor until dough is a coarse-meal texture and forms into a ball.

Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Shape dough into 1 ½ inch balls and place 1 inch apart on a baking sheet

Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven, press thumb into top of each ball, creating an indentation.

Spoon about 1 teaspoon and Dancing Jalapeno Fruit Spread into indentation.

Bake until edges are golden brown, about 6 minutes.

Dancing Jalapeno Cheese Mango Balls

Ingredients

pound cream cheese (softened to room temperature)

tablespoons sour cream

cup currents
1/2
cup walnuts (toasted and chopped)

cup scallions (thinly sliced)

1/2
teaspoon ground curry powder
1/2
teaspoon slat
1/2
jar Dancing Jalapeno Mango Fruit Spread (can also use apricot or pineapple)

cup shredded, sweetened coconut flakes
Method
- 1 -
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and sour cream, and mix to combine.
- 2 -
Add the currants, walnuts, scallions, curry powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
- 3 -
On a clean work surface, lay out a sheet of plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 4 -
Transfer cheese mixture to the plastic. Use the plastic wrap to form into a ball.
- 5 -
Pour mango fruit spread over the cheese ball to cover.

- 6 -
Sprinkle coconut flakes on the cheese ball to cover.

- 7 -
Serve with crackers.
